Terms of Service Agreement:

The use of services provided by SouthSocial Marketing LLC establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and SouthSocial Marketing LLC will not be help liable for  loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.
1. General

  • By placing an order with SouthSocial Marketing LLC, you automatically accept all the below listed term of services weather you read them or not.
  • We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to insure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
  • You will only use the SouthSocial Marketing LLC website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram on their individual Terms of Service page.
  • SouthSocial Marketing LLC rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
  • SouthSocial Marketing LLC does not guarantee a delivery or starting time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and SouthSocial Marketing LLC will not refund orders that are processing or in queue if you feel they are taking too long.
  • Disclaimer: SouthSocial Marketing LLC will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
  • Liabilities: SouthSocial Marketing LLC is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter.

2. Service

  • SouthSocial Marketing LLC will only be used to promote your Instagram account and help boost your “Appearance” only.
  • We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
  • We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
  • You will not upload anything into the SouthSocial Marketing LLC site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram community.

3. Fiverr, Ebay and Other Popular Website Sellers

  • SouthSocial Marketing LLC DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placeing of orders, however these are estimates. We will not be held responcible for loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time sensitive results, use SouthSocial Marketing LLC at your own risk.

4. Instagram Refill Policy

  • At this time, SouthSocial Marketing LLC offers a free refill on orders 10 days or less old for Instagram Regular Services only. We do not take responsibility for missing or dropped actions on accounts that the owner changes the username or removes the account. All orders will be placed with this understanding.

5. Payment/Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be made to Paypal or to your credit card if you used 2Checkout.
  • After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it.
  • You agree that once you complete a payment,  you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
  • If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take awayany followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram account.
  • Orders placed in SouthSocial Marketing LLC will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will recieve a refund credit to your SouthSocial Marketing LLC account if the order is non deliverable.
  • Misplaced orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
  • SouthSocial Marketing LLC will not take responsibility or refund orders for users who change their account to private during delivery of services. In this particular case, the order will be marked as ‘Refunded Partial’ and the difference will be issued a refund. We will not refund the amount delivered before the user went private.
  • We do not take responsibility for counter errors if you are placing the same orders with other social media panels while the order is still Processing or has status of Error. In this case the order WILL NOT be deemed as refundable and you will not receive anything for this!
  • Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

6. Privacy Policy

  • All information provided by our customers is considered sensitive information. We will under no circumstance share this information with any 3rd party. We will only use the provided information to render outstanding services and will never use it to profit or gain in any other matter. Our website has all required security certificates which means we have everything in place to protect you and your information.

Terms of Service apply to everyone without any exceptions
